Wedding Weekend Coordination

Wedding Weekend Coordination is for those who are confident in their planning skills but know the importance of having help for the wedding weekend, so they can truly be a guest at their own wedding. First, we want to meet and get to know you and understand your wedding vision.  We then develop and review with you a very detailed wedding day timeline, based on the information you have furnished us, always continuing to answer questions, millions of questions. As the wedding day arrives,  Bride’s Vision will reconfirm with all your wedding suppliers, making necessary updates, scheduling arrival and delivery times, as well as break down and/or pick-up times, giving directions, guarantees and special meal needs, floor plans, etc. Your event manager will attend and facilitate the wedding rehearsal, taking the lead or assisting the wedding officiate in rehearsal execution. On your wedding day we check the reception site setting out table numbers, place cards, favors, etc. Of course we attend and facilitate your wedding ceremony then direct the reception, according to a pre-approved timeline, and work with facility catering or event manager. We deliver tip envelopes to vendors and gather your things for the family to take home.  Of course we include the use of our Wedding Day emergency kit.
